For the best results, I always recommend using professional, salon-quality products. A good heat protectant is essential for both your natural hair and your extensions, along with a hydrating shampoo and conditioner and a lightweight detangler. A wire brush or straight-bristled brush is best. Avoid brushes with rounded tips, as they can catch on your extensions and cause unnecessary tension.
